Abstract

The pandemic chronotopy experienced by the world, besides accentuating inequalities, challenged us to seek possibilities of other forms of teaching-learning. The emergency remote teaching, mediated by ICT, was the possibility found so that we could face such situation. Based on 3 epistemologies (the cultural-historical conception of learning, the interactive perspective of language, and the use of digital educational technologies in the teaching-learning process), this paper aims to present a successful experience in the teaching of Portuguese in basic schooling, using literary art in moments of isolation/lockdown, through the poetic and cinematographic languages, in order to also study Portuguese. With the theme "Brazilian black female art ", working with several discursive genres (the novels "Quarto de despejo: diario de uma favelada" (Jesus 1960) and “Olhos d’água” (Evaristo 2016), the film-documentary "Carolina" (Souza 2019), the poems of black women writers ("Heroínas negras negras em 15 cordéis " (Arraes 2020)), we provided an opportunity to study the language in its various varieties, syntaxes, subjects and contexts, with the aim of perceiving the man situated in the world, in his formation as a reader and producer of texts.
